I have the following error: apple_digest_error. It was working fine until the update
OpenVPN app is working fine with my vpn server.
A widget would be great in order to quickly turn the VPN on! Beside that, the app works like a charm and the UI now looks great on new iPhones!
After the recent update isnt connecting to the server!
Bom d+
Works fine, no problem at all! But, please add widget support for quick connect in Notification Center!
Thats how a change log looks like! Great work and thanks for the support, work and time you put into this!
It was working fine, then the latest update causes issue. I tried going to into Settings App under OpenVPN. But there is nothing (blank) after clicking on OpenVPN. No good.
No need to ask for much more
I am very pleased that the app working with no single issue on my iPhone and other devices.
The interface could use some modernizing but its functional and easy to use. I wish theyd add 3D Touch support for quickly connecting to a default VPN.
I used this app constantly back in the iOS 8 days and probably before that too, and it was wonderful. The release of iOS 9 nerfed it somehow and Many folks started posting one-star reviews, myself included. I see its been updated recently, finally, and it works again. Im thrilled as I like OpenVPN a lot and use it heavily. And it seems like every other iOS involving it is not a classic VPN at all, but some (douchy traffic masquerading services. Thankfully this app is back in the game and Im super happy! 5/5 once again!
Works great. Does what its supposed to do. Recommend it.
great
Two thumbs up
Application is not even downloading, whats happening
The additional steps required after step 1 are confusing to seniors, the unschooled or ESL types.... click on help and get nowhere❗There are plenty of other free VPNs that are MUCH simpler / user friendly.... Sad, only sophisticated geeks can figure out how to use this‼️ Elitist snobs. Deleting this.
Ive found the application to be reliable when connecting to a number of OpenVPN services, including commercial services and our own corporate VPN. What the application does need, is to take advantage of touch ID, since the application itself can be used to connect to sensitive (enough) networks, while not having a facility to use a password manager, which can make hardened VPN passwords too challenging to type in repeatedly. The other major drawback is theres no way to insist the VPN be used at all costs (or that it stays connected), but thats more likely an Apple/iOS thing. Other than interface being abysmal, its reliable and hey, its free!
Works well but would be awesome if it could auto connect on untrusted wifi network like cloak does.
